Practice Opening Hours from 5th January 2021

Due to the currently uncertain situation we will be operating reduced hours over the coming weeks in order to allow our employees to work from home.

We are still working on accounts and returns and will continue to provide services to all our clients both existing and new. However, we will be making much more use of electronic ways of working. If you have not already signed up for Open Space please contact the office via telephone – 01305 780108 or email and we will help you register for this easy to use portal system.

We are also asking our clients to drop any records into the office post box if possible. If this is not possible, please contact us to arrange one of the following:

1 An appointment time when we can arrange for someone to meet you at the office,

2 To arrange a pick up from your premises,

3 To obtain an alternative postal address as and when your records are ready to be submitted to us.

We recommend the use of various electronic accounts packages including Quick Books online and receipt capture systems to save you time and paperwork. Again please contact us for information if this is something you would like to know a bit more about.
